This notice covers the waitlist for the tapewarp AI Academy on tapewarp.ai. Tapewarp decides how we use this information. For any privacy question or request, email hello@updates.tapewarp.ai.

What we save

When you reserve a spot, we save your email address, the time you signed up, which form you used, the country your connection comes from, whether the bot check passed, the site or app that sent you, and the campaign tags in the link you came from. When we email you, we save when we sent it. We do not save your IP address.

When you open a page on tapewarp.ai, we count the visit, so we know how many people come and from where. We save the page, the time, the country your connection comes from, the site or app that sent you, the campaign tags in the link, and whether you use a phone, tablet or computer. We use no cookies for this, and we do not save your IP address or your browser details. This count is in our legitimate interest.

How we use it

We only email you about the tapewarp AI Academy. We do not sell your information. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form.

The bot check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out. Turnstile reads technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type, only to tell people from bots. Cloudflare explains this in its Turnstile privacy addendum.

Where we keep it

We store the list with Cloudflare and keep a copy in a private Google Sheet. Cloudflare also sends our emails. When doors open, we may move the list to the email service that sends the Academy emails. Only authorized Tapewarp team members can see the list. Cloudflare, Google and our email service may process information outside your country under their data processing terms, which include standard contractual clauses where they apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are on the waitlist. To stop the emails or delete your details, reply to any of our emails or write to hello@updates.tapewarp.ai.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, limit how we use it, get a copy of it, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
